The information collected about you is processed for KALPA PARIS.

KALPA PARIS is the sole recipient of the information collected, which will be kept for the duration of the activity of our Company.

In accordance with article 13 of the European Regulation relating to the processing of personal data of April 27, 2016, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, a right of access to your personal data, a right of rectification in in the event that this data is inaccurate or incomplete, as well as a right to portability of your data.

 

 You have the right to obtain the erasure of your data, as soon as possible, subject to justifying one of the following reasons:

• The personal data is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which it was collected or if it is processed in another way.

• Following the use of your right to withdraw your consent and if there is no other legal basis for the processing.

• Following the use of your right to object and there is no overriding legitimate reason to retain the processing.

• Following unlawful processing of your data.

• By virtue of a provision of Union law or French law.

Likewise, you have the right to obtain a restriction of processing under the following conditions:

• If you dispute the accuracy of the data collected and for a period allowing our Company to verify the accuracy of the said data.

• In the event of unlawful processing of the data and if you oppose their erasure and demand the limitation of their use instead.

• If our Company no longer needs the data for the purposes of the processing but they are necessary for you to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.

• If you object to the processing during the verification of whether the legitimate reasons pursued by our Company prevail over yours.

In this case, our Company will no longer process your data unless it demonstrates that there are legitimate and compelling reasons for the processing which prevail over your interests, rights and freedoms or for the recognition, exercise or defense legal rights.
