THE DELIVERY

What delivery methods are offered?

​

We offer several delivery methods. The simplest and least expensive being the delivery in parcel relay via Mondial Relay available on metropolitan France. Then we also offer standard delivery in France and around the world via Colissimo.

​

What are the delivery times ?

In France:

​

Colissimo: 72 hours, from dispatch from Monday to Saturday.

​

Relais Colis TNT: 72 hours after receipt of the dispatch email for your order.

​

In Europe:

​

Colissimo: 5 to 8 working days after your order has been dispatched.

​

Relais Colis TNT: 3 to 8 working days after receipt of the dispatch email for your order.

​

Outside the EU zone:

​

Colissimo: 8 to 21 working days after your order has been dispatched. However, the delivery may vary depending on the delivery time incumbent on the local posts. We decline all responsibility for the extension of delivery times due to the carrier.

​

How do I track my parcel?

​

You can track your package once it has been shipped. You will receive a message telling you that your package has been taken care of with a tracking number which will allow you to track it directly on the internet on the Colissimo or Mondial Relay website by entering the number that will have been sent to you.

​

What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

​

No worries. The post office delivery person will leave you a transit advice note with the nearest post office where you can go directly with your package the next day with your identity document. If you have opted for delivery to a relay point, your package will be waiting for you directly at the relay point closest to you that you have selected yourself.

Can I have it delivered to a place other than my home?

​

Sure. During the different stages of payment, you will have to enter your billing and delivery addresses, which may be different. So, if you want, you can have it delivered wherever you want, or give a gift to a loved one by entering their address and contact details in the delivery information space.

I haven't received my package...What should I do?

​

This can happen for different reasons, but don't worry, every problem has its solution. The delivery person may have forgotten to leave a delivery notice, and you can quickly check with your tracking number where your package is. There may also have been an error in the address. In this case, you can contact us directly at contact@kalpaparis.com and we will be happy to answer all your questions and solve your problems.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

How to return an item ?

​

The process is simple. You can return the products directly to the address indicated on the package. We reserve the right not to accept a return if the products are in poor condition or if they have been worn for more than a fitting.

​

How to return an item outside France and Europe?

​

If you wish to return your international order, here are the steps to follow:

​

Remove the documents present in the transparent pocket stuck on the packaging of your parcel

Take the sheet entitled “Customs Declaration”

Check the "Return of goods" box

Put the documents back in the transparent pocket

Ship your package to your local post office (shipping costs remain your responsibility)

We reserve the right not to accept an international return if it does not follow the above steps. In this case, it will be returned to the sender.

​

How long do I have to return my item?

​

You have the legal period of 15 days from receipt of your package to return your items to us. It just needs to be new and in its original packaging. Beyond this period we will no longer be able to accept your return.

​

Who bears the return costs?

Return costs are your responsibility, however, if you request an exchange for a different size, we will cover the delivery costs.

How can I modify or cancel my order?

​

It is impossible to modify or cancel an order that has already been validated.
