THE DELIVERY

 

What delivery methods are offered?

​

We offer you delivery methods. The simplest and least expensive being delivery by Colissimo available in mainland France. Then we also offer standard delivery in France and around the world via Colissimo.

​

What are the delivery times ?

​

In France:

 

Colissimo: 72 hours, from dispatch Monday to Saturday.

​

In Europe:

​

Colissimo: 5 to 8 working days after your order is shipped.

​

​

Outside the EU zone:

​

Colissimo: 8 to 21 working days after shipping your order. However, delivery may vary depending on the delivery time required by local posts. We decline all responsibility for the extension of delivery times caused by the carrier.

​

How do I track my package?

​

You will be able to track your package once it has been shipped. You will receive a message telling you that your package has been taken care of with a tracking number which will allow you to follow it directly on the internet on the Colissimo website by entering the number which will have been sent to you.

What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery?

​

No worries. The Post Office delivery person will leave you a delivery notice with the post office closest to you where you can take your package directly the next day with your ID. If you have opted for delivery to a relay point, your package will be waiting for you directly at the relay point closest to you that you have selected yourself.

Can I have it delivered to a location other than my home?

​

Of course. During the different payment stages, you will need to enter your billing and delivery addresses which may be different. So, if you wish, you can have it delivered wherever you want, or give a gift to a loved one by entering their address and contact details in the delivery information area.

I have not received my package...What should I do?

​

This can happen for different reasons, but don't worry, every problem has its solution. The delivery person may have forgotten to leave a delivery notice, and you will be able to quickly check with your tracking number where your package is. There may also have been an error in the address. In this case, you can contact us directly at contact@kalpaparis.com and we will be happy to answer all your questions and resolve your problems.

 

EXCHANGES, RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

How to return an item ?

​

The process is simple. You can return the products directly to the address indicated on the package. We reserve the right not to accept a return if the products are in poor condition or if they have been worn more than for a fitting.

How to return an item outside France and Europe?

​

If you would like to return your international order, here are the steps to follow:

Remove the documents present in the transparent pocket stuck to the packaging of your package

Take the sheet entitled “Customs Declaration” with you

Check the “Return of goods” box

Put the documents back in the transparent pocket

Ship your package to your local post office (shipping costs remain your responsibility)

We reserve the right not to accept an international return if it does not follow the steps above. In this case, it will be returned to the sender.

How long do I have to return my item?

​

You have the legal period of 15 days from receipt of your package to return your items to us. It simply needs to be new and in its original packaging. Beyond this period we will no longer be able to accept your return.

​

Who covers the return costs?

 

Return costs are your responsibility, however, if you request an exchange for a different size, we will offer you the delivery costs.

How can I modify or cancel my order?

It is impossible to modify or cancel an order that has already been validated.
