These general conditions of sale exclusively govern the sales of products offered on the Site. They are systematically accessible on this Site by the buyer when the order is registered. Consequently, placing an order and checking the box indicating that you accept these general conditions of sale implies the buyer's full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale. Any contrary condition posed by the buyer will therefore, in the absence of express acceptance, be unenforceable against the seller regardless of when it may have been brought to his attention. The fact that the seller does not take advantage of any of these general conditions of sale at a given time cannot be interpreted as a waiver of the right to take advantage of any of the said conditions at a later date.
OFFERS AND PRICES
All product offers offered on the Site are limited to Metropolitan France, Corsica and Monaco. Promotional offers are only valid within the double limit of the validity period of the offer concerned and available stocks.
The prices appearing on this Site are indicated in Euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping or provision costs (see Delivery), and are subject to variation during the year, it being understood that the products ordered are invoiced to the price in effect when the order is placed. Additional costs (shipping costs and special packaging) will be specified to the consumer before validation of their order, and are available in the “Delivery” article below.
The products remain the entire property of “Kalpa Paris” until full payment of the price by “Kalpa Paris”. All risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you when you or a third party designated by you, and other than the carrier we offer, takes physical possession of the products.
ORDER AND VALIDATION OF THE TRANSACTION
When you confirm your order by clicking on the "order and pay" button and tick the box corresponding to acceptance of the general conditions, you declare that you accept this as well as all of these general conditions of sale fully and without reservation. Your order is then processed so that you can receive your package. You can print your order form.
As soon as your order is registered, a detailed acknowledgment of receipt will be sent to your email address. This acknowledgment of receipt will specify the exact amount invoiced and the delivery terms of your order. It will also include a copy of these general conditions of sale. You accept that our order registration systems constitute a method of proof of the nature of the agreement and its date, although any other mode of proof is acceptable.
However, we reserve the right to refuse any order for a legitimate reason, for example when there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Our product offers offered on the Site are only valid while stocks last. Products out of stock will be identified on the Site and cannot be ordered.

PAYMENT
Payment for your purchases on the Site is made exclusively in Euros and can be made
either by bank card (Visa, mastercard, CB), or by using discount vouchers or loyalty points.

Payment by credit card: it is made online when placing the order and is completely secure. The entire transaction is directed in encrypted mode to a bank validation server in SSL (Secure Socket Layer) mode. You then make your purchases in complete security.
Payment by Paypal: is made online when placing the order. It is secured by Paypal and also allows you to make your purchases in complete security.
Use of discount vouchers and loyalty points. You can use discount vouchers or loyalty points to pay or reduce the price of your order. The conditions for using and accumulating loyalty points are detailed below, in the “Loyalty program” article.
